[Elecraft] Ultimatic adapter

After reading the posts on this list a couple of months ago about the
ultimatic keyer mode, I threw together a couple of simple prototypes
that go between the paddle and keyer to convert an iambic keyer to
ultimatic. Either a pair of quad nor gates or a PIC do the job. A write
