The recommended K2 substitution knob is the main tuning knob from a Yaesu FT-900, it's much heavier and has a nice feel. I ordered mine from a German Yaesu dealer. Hummm think I'll pull it off the K2 and see how it fits K3 S/N 906. Vy 73, Bob DJ0MBC/WU5T
