[Elecraft] K3 Split Rtty ops?

This was fixed in MCU 2.60.  Here is an excerpt from the release notes
document:

MCU 2.60 / DSP 1.94, 10-29-2008

* SPLIT operation is now allowed in FSK-D, PSK-D, and CW-in-SSB modes.
