I don't understand the original complaint at all.
XMT: Relays before the onset of RF.
RCV: RF off before relays.
What's wrong with that?
It seems to work just fine as it is for the usual xcvr & amp combo.
(If Lance has a buncha relays and xvtrs in the next room,
that may be a different story :-)
