[Elecraft] K3 brick

First upgrade to the latest version of K3 Utility.
Make certain the K3 is powered on - K3 Utility should display your 
currently loaded firmware versions.
Download the latest versions of firmware from Elecraft.
Use a real serial port if you are able.
Try it again.
