[Elecraft] K3 firmware links

The problem was "k3" instead of "K3" however, that error came from clicking on Elecraft links.

>From Elecraft main page I went to the K3 page.

>From there I clicked on firmware and software upgrades.

>From there I clicked on beta release and instruction.

>From there beta release download.

That is where I got the link with the small k3 instead of the caps K3.

However, it has been fixed as it no longer happens...
