[Elecraft] No On/Off for COMP & EQ?

Hi Bill. I haven't tried your program with LP-Bridge, but I guess I should
in case I can improve cooperation of the two. FWIW, I am working on a number
of added features between LP-Bridge and PowerSDR. It's not at the top of the
list, but I plan to look at supporting the EQ interfaces of PowerSDR.
