After reading your post again.....I found that I was a little off as to what you wanted. The audio xmit is great for the K3...and has gotten better with firmware upgrades over the last several months. You can tailor the audio Xmit for your voice and the microphone you are using. It is quite versatile in the xmit audio chain, but tI am sure you are going to have to play with it to get the audio you want.

In our day and age it seems that Common Sense is in short supply. If you don't have any Common Sense - get some Common Sense and use it. If you can't find any Common Sense, ask for help from somebody who has some Common Sense. Is Common Sense divine?

I'm considering he purchase of a K3 to replace my 756 Pro III. I have
wonderful audio with the Icom and would like some comments on the K3 audio
and microphone recommendations for the best audio w/o external help. I'm
going to get it pretty well loaded.
Thanks
Phil
