I'm not taking sides, but I just investigated this. It sounded awfully 
extreme for someone who had made it this far into a U.S. presidential 
candidacy.

As I expected, it's a complete fabrication. The best summary of what

Obviously, someone is trying to smear Obama by whatever means necessary 
on the eve of the election. I'm sure others are working just as hard to 
discredit McCain. But I'd recommend checking out chain-mail of this 
type before re-sending it. It's easy to do: just pick some portion of 
the text and paste it into a google search.
