[Elecraft] K3 - front panel issue

Ouch. Did you have an electrostatic event? All those buttons have one thing
in common: They are using the signal SCANADC1 which is routed to input X3 on
the HC4051 analog multiplexer chip U3 (front panel sheet 7). I hope this is
not the case, but if that input is zapped, you will have the symptoms you
see.
