Yes. I lack the graphics skills to make the one in KComm look as nice, but
as both programs can be run together there is no need for me to anyway. If
you want a nice looking S meter use this one.

If you use the Virtual Serial Port Emulator which I already use so I can run
KComm and Fldigi simultaneously, then it should be possible to run it at the
same time as any other logging software (under Windows.) I have had KComm,
Fldigi and the S-meter all running at the same time.
