According to the scrolling banner on the CQ Magazine home page, the Chinese are using 7050, 7060, and 14270 for disaster communication. It is urged to stay clear of these frequencies. I don't know if this is accurate or not, but why take a chance? If this was already posted here, sorry for the duplicate posting. de Doug KR2Q
