Every now and then you feel like a right idiot and it's my turn now - just
discovered the little selector switch on my headphones was set to
'MONO'....!!! Set it to 'STEREO' and all is absolutely fine - doh!

Nevertheless it's interesting to see the difference between AFX <BIN> and
<DELAY> when switching the phones from mono to stereo.

Sorry for the bandwidth - off to grovel an email to Elecraft support now :-(
