ERR TXF is a recently added error code (see the errata 
pages). It means
"The crystal filter selected for transmit in the present 
mode is either
too narrow or too wide."

Be sure to specify the correct filters in your configuration 
on a per
mode basis. See page 44 in the Owner's Manual.
