[Elecraft] K3; SWL Filters

I don't believe it's a zero-sum proposition to design an HF receiver that
performs optimally on all bands and modes. Any feature that could possibly
be added to the K3 to make it a killer SWL receiver should have no ill
effect on it's ham-band performance at all.
