[Elecraft] Reverting to old Firmware.

Thanks to Bob and Don for pointing out the zerobeat.net K3wiki 
site.  I tried the reversion instructions and I am back on 1.78/1.55 
and working.  I'll wait a week or two before trying the new release again.

Thanks for the really good tips and the other mine of info.
