[Elecraft] K3 FIRMWARE UPDATE: MCU 1.87, DSP 1.69 (Finally!)

I noticed the exact same thing as Harrison, below! Auto-spot is broken.
But if I have to say something nice, NR works better (on SSB at least)  
than it did before!
