[Elecraft] K3 FIRMWARE UPDATE: MCU 1.87, DSP 1.69 (Finally!)

Ditto here.  While it wasn't "perfect" before, the new version often
over-shoots the frequency.  It appears considerably less damped than before
and often quits before things settle down.  I personally prefer the old
version.
