[Elecraft] K2/100 amplifier keying

This is from the KPA100 Parts List...
Q9 - 1 - Transistor, HEXFET, 500 V, IRF830 or IRL620, TO-220 (tab may be
cut)
It keyed my SB-220 with no problem. If I remember correctly, that is
about 100VDC.
