[Elecraft] Mic Switch Box

I need to switch my K2 mic input between two mic sources (TNC audio and 
a "real" microphone).  Both have the default "Kenwood" pinout.

In theory it should be a simple task IF (big letters) the proper sockets 
(male and female) and an 8-pole 2-throw switch are available.  I do not 
know if they are.

I am looking for one "ready made", though.  Because I am legally blind 
in one eye, soldering wires in such a construction is not an option for me.

Does anyone know of such a device?  Thanks for all replies.
