That's not to say that Wayne might not decide to do something about it, if
for no other reason than people notice it. Quality engineering involves both
the fact and the appearance. It's why car manufacturers make such a big deal
over the sound of the doors closing!
Your list of issues serves a very useful purpose to keep track of these
things.
As you know, Elecraft has a long history of doing two things about useful
mods:
1) Incorporating them into the design of the product and providing retrofit
parts kits to all current owners, or
2) Providing information about how to "roll your own" mod that aren't
considered good candidates for incorporation into the product.
One example of the latter that has been very popular is the "zero beat"
detector mod for the K2.
I don't know which this one will be, but I know that Wayne offered to name
it after Doug if it gets incorporated!
Wayne and Eric have a long track-record of encouraging and assisting
builders who want to make improvements.

Kind of suprising to me, but Wayne has seen Doug's
video and suggests that a newly delivered K3 might
have the amount of button flex shown, and to consider
it non harmful.
