[Elecraft] K3 Firmware Update (SPOT now works in REF CAL menu entry)

Hi all,

In MCU revision 1.77, SPOT wasn't working within the REF CAL menu 
entry. Sorry about that! Revision 1.78 corrects this and is now 
available.
