Listening from my QTH it appears activity is low on
all modes, including local 2m FM which died to nothing
10 years ago.
40m CW activity has lessened in the past few years,
but it's still the place to be. 80m CW is sad,
nothing there unless a weekend contest. On higher
frequencies unable to tell what activity there is
without propagation.
The wonders of the "internet" and cellphones!
Have a great rest of the week!
