[Elecraft] [K2] : Laptop UPS

I have an IBM Thinkpad with the same problem.
I replaced the IBM switching power supply
with an older analog power supply and the
problem went away (at least from power
supply noise).  The laptop still generates some
noise itself, but much less than the power
supply did.
