[Elecraft] K3: FM testing going well

We now have FM mode working in the K3, including tone encode on TX with 
all tones selectable (by frequency in Hz). Memories will store PL tones 
and splits.

I've made a number of contacts on 6 meters, as well as on 2 m using an 
Elecraft XV-144 transverter. A nice diversion from HF!

We still have quite a bit of FM-related firmware to complete. We'll 
probably have it ready in a couple of weeks. If you have suggestions 
for FM features, please send them to me directly.

I'd also like to try 10-m FM. Anyone have suggestions for accessible 
10-m repeaters, anywhere in the U.S.? I'll be trying the local 
machines, too.
