[Elecraft] Basement QRN

I can report exactly the same thing!  My external USB drive's power supply
is absolutely atrocious.  I had blamed my high noise level on everything
else first.  I'd even turned the computer (mac) off, and that made no
difference!  Sometimes life is just too complicated!
