[Elecraft] K2 Transmitter and KAT2 failures

[Damon - KC5CQW]

I had a 1D 10 T error... Problem found to last post; Wireing error within the
MH2.
I did the fixed audio mod to the mic connector at pin 8 then wired the MH2
wrong... Go figure.
