I've had to send two reminders about my back-ordered filters. Both were
replied to by Lisa the next day (one reply sent on a Sunday.) However,
though they were promised to be sent yesterday or the day before I have had
no further communication to let me know they were actually sent. I don't
know whether to wait a few days and see if they turn up, or add to the email
overload.
I'm not blaming Lisa for this situation, because it's not her fault she is
apparently having to work 7 days a week, but it's another example of how
standards of customer communication have slipped...
