[Elecraft] OT: VP6DX es LOTW

Hi Eric,
	Thanks for a really great DXpidition! You guys did an awsome job!
	Will there be any effort to load to LOTW those of us who are "old
fashioned", and sent a QSL with donation (greater than $5) via mail? Just
wondering.
