[Elecraft] K3 "TX INH" message after KPA3 install

For those who might have the same experience, the "TX INH" (transmit inhibit
function) shows up only when the "TEST MD" mode is selected.  I guess I
thought all menu items would show up just the "TEST MD" ones would not be
editable.  (tnx Gary KI4GGX for your recommendation) 73 John
