[Elecraft] K3 Key-down on power-up

There IS an indication that one is in the "Test" mode.

The letters "TX" between the "A" and "B" VFO indicators on the right side of
the display BLINK on and off when in the "Test" mode - when NOT in the
"Test" mode, the "TX" is steady.
