[Elecraft] rusting 4.8mm black flat head screw

Hello Group,

My 1st K3 has been with me for nearly 10 months. Everything seems running w=
ell but I have recently discovered that the 4.8mm black flat head screws st=
art rusting.

Other K3 screws do not show any sign of rusting.  Also the screws in my old=
 K2 (s) do not show any sign either.

It appears that the 4.8mm black flat head screws seem of inferior quality. =
I have been handling elecraft kits since my 1st K2 #1146, I have never come=
 across this situation.
