I don't have my K3 yet but in anticipation I built a 3 element beam that I
had mounted temporarily at only about 14 feet. Using my IC-706 I heard and
worked a lot of stations Friday night and on Sunday. This was my first
action on 6M in over 26 years on the air. I'm really looking forward to
getting the beam mounted above my tribander at about 48 feet and having the
K3 ready to use on 6M.
