[Elecraft] help setting up K3 to mixw

That is how I did the demo of PSK31 to the club when it was new.  Sat the
laptop near the radio and had NOTHING connected to the laptop.  Internal mic
picked up everything and displayed it.  They were amazed (at PSK31 also) and
many of them set up and became active).
