You want to send CW while on SSB .....
Go to the CW mode
Turn on VOX.
      Using an amp?
      Turn off QSK
Set the CW Delay (VOX delay, CW hang time, whatever you want to call it)
Go to the SSB mode and send CW using the CW settings.
Talk into the mic via VOX or PTT and use the SSB settings for delays.

firmware change.
