Yes, the PTT/VOX setting is mode dependent - you can choose it per mode...

Correct :-)
(Keep in mind if using Key out for keying up linears or transverters 
that there is Key out activated even if you have no VOX active just by 
hitting the Key. So name of the port is correct - it is Key out no PTT 
out :-)
So in total PTT mode (PTT for all modes) and in SSB it is activated 
only by hitting the Key. NO RF IS GOING OUT - it is OK, but realays in 
the rest of system - using Key out as T/R control - are activated.)

No, just define VOX/QSK for CW mode and switch to SSB, on SSB you can 
have PTT mode and Auto-CW will run correctly using CW QSK settings.
In 2.02 working fine as I tried.
