[Elecraft] K3: TX off frequency

Hi Simon
Don't have the article in front of me, but if
it says what I think it does, we used that technique
back in the 60's when I ran a Heathkit SB100
transceiver.  Worked a lot of DX with it, and
was nearly always spot on their frequency.
Worked really well.
