[Elecraft] K3: TX off frequency

Today, for the first time I got a report claiming I was coming back about
100Hz high in frequency on SSB (USB). I received him spot on at the
frequency he had on his dial and returned to him without any RIT or split
function activated. This was an experienced ham, so this has me concerned. I
have the 2.00 firmware.
