[Elecraft] K3: pseudo KRX3 "free" via LP-Pan+Power SDR

I got K3 #22, and LP-Pan #23- now to find the time to do something
with them.

   Apparently, the LP-Pan is popular.  I just received LP-Pan numbers 173 & 174
   which is about 15% of K3 shipments at the time I ordered it.
