Tom,

You should use the 31 bPS PSK-D setting as DATA MODE. If you want to use 
AFSK anyway, set it to DATA-A.

If you want to generate AFSK-PSK31 with the Microham MKII, read 
http://www.microham-usa.com/Downloads/MKII_RFI_Fix.pdf There is a problem 
with the shield of the USB-cable.
