[Elecraft] K3 delivery require signature?

I learned my lesson with this. I sold a TS-2000 and had it shipped and
insured via UPS. UPS delivers it and the guy isn't there so they leave
it on the front porch. His house just so happens to be adjacent to a
city bus stop! He gets home to find that the package is no longer on
his front porch like the tracking information online says. UPS calls
the driver and they confirm it was left on the porch. I refund the
money that I was paid for the stolen radio and 4 months later I finally
get UPS to cut a check for the insurance. All of this could have been
prevented by requiring a signature which I will do from now on. On high
priced items it makes sense for the shipper to require a signature.
