[Elecraft] No SSB output 160-30M

Fixed this.  Don't have a clue what I did though.

Reloaded the same firmware.  Loaded the old configuration.
Went through all calibrations again.

Magically SSB output appeared on the missing bands.  All bands now work
cw,ssb, fsk d.  Haven't tested other modes.

The odd thing is that CW worked on the "missing" bands.  Must have missed
doing something first time through.
