[Elecraft] K3: prices going up

I just noticed that the price of the KPA3 is now up (I think) $50 to
$399.  I think the 5 pole filters are also up ($20????).

Can anybody check me on that?  Does anyone know when this happened?

Hi Doug,

    I can confirm your question about the KPA3 price which originally was
$349 for the kit.  Likewise, their 5-pole filters are up $20 from $79 to
$99.  I do not know when these changes occurred nor if more prices have
changed.

    Thus far Elecraft hasn't been cranking out K3s in huge volumes.  (I
would consider 60 units per week to be volume production.)  Rather, it is as
if each radio has been custom crafted!  Under these circumstances, their
original prices were far more than reasonable.  Even beyond a bargain.  More
like a steal!
