I second that.  I was helping a friend over the radio the other day. 
He was trying to install the auto-tuner he bought for his Jupiter.  He 
was confused, as they used different terms in their manuals, for the 
the various wires, at various points in the manuals.  I thought I 
would go grab a copy of the manual and read through it, that whole two 
heads being better than one thing.  This turned out to be fruitless, 
as I could not even find the manuals on the website.
