  I am genuinely sorry that many of you are so disappointed and frustrated. It is understandable. But this constant bickering, complaining and grandstanding is a real "downer" for the rest of us, none of whom has done anything to spoil your enjoyment. Can you please extend to us the same courtesy? Thank you.
