I would suggest that people use this URL:
http://www.hb9drv.ch.nyud.net/tmp/k3build.wmv to view it. By appending
.nyud.net to the hostname of the URL you will use the Coral Content
Distribution Network (http://www.coralcdn.org/ for those interested in the
technical details) which should save Simon some bandwidth.
