[Elecraft] DSP for KX1 and K1

Having just started to use a K1, I would love to have a simple DSP in it. The
things I immediately miss from my K2's DSP are the denoiser and the high
frequency audio rolloff. The ability to dial in a narrower filter might be
useful, but I don't feel a strong need for it.

I don't really feel a need for a denoiser in my KX1, but I tend to operate
it "in the wild" where there isn't a lot of QRN.
