[Elecraft] K3 filter presets I/II: present and futurefunctionality

I use them often as well, but probably would prefer I to be fixed rather than tweakable.

(of course, having ones cake and eating it too ain't bad, either!)

I use the presets all the time.  I kind of like them the way you have them 
now (floating).
