[Elecraft] K3: Hardware changes

Aren´t we back in "low S/N" discussion?

I suppose if there will be something really relevant, repeatible and 
tested then it will be published. (I mean all 3 parameters as TRUE)

But not having K3 yet my optic can be little bit fuzzy :-)
