Jerry,

Missing all of the 2D fasteners would be highly unusual. Please take a 
look at all of the other bags to make sure they are not there. Let me 
know what you find and I'll make sure we get you anything you need right 
away! We want to make your K3 experience as seamless as possible. :-)
